Wow, Who knew?

I love learning new things.

So, I was thrilled when Ann of

Ann said down in Texas it was called the

American Beauty Bush and that they make Jelly out of them.Who knew? I didn’t. But now I do because of Ann.

 So, right after reading her comment I went on the hunt!

I went on the hunt for a GREAT recipe/tutorial .

**ALERT, Southern Baked!

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE yellow squash. It’s really one of my favorite vegetables. So, I’m always looking for new recipes. This morning I found one on Allrecipes.com that sounds super awesome! I can’t wait to try it.

It’s called,

Southern Baked Yellow Squash

and it’s made with lots of delicious things like bread crumbs, eggs, butter (because everything is better with butter), onion……doesn’t that sound absolutely YUMMY? I may add a bit of cheese because I mean really doesn’t cheese go with everything?
